1. Eligibility
Any singular user who lives in the United States and is at the time of entry 18 years or older is eligible to win a Kindle prize pack. Those who are ineligible to win include those void where prohibited by law and Gryt Health employees.

2. Sponsorship
Gryt Health is the sponsor of this sweepstakes. The address of Gryt Health is 919 Winton Road South Suite 307 Rochester, NY 14618. As the sponsor, Gryt Health will conduct the sweepstakes as indicated in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Sweepstakes Rules and decisions. Gryt Health has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

4. Entry Period
The Kindle prize pack sweepstakes starts on March 22 at 12:00pm Eastern time and ends on April 22 at 11:59pm Eastern time.

5. How to Enter
Each entry is counted by a completed submission to pre-register at https://mailchi.mp/grythealth/gvcc22. Only one entry per person is allowed. If multiple entries are found and one is chosen as a winner, that person will be disqualified. Additionally, any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating a participant’s entries.

6. Prizes
Each Kindle prize pack includes a Kindle Paperwhite (Kindle Paperwhite [8 GB] – Now with a 6.8″ display and adjustable warm light – Ad-Supported), an Amazon Kindle version of The Vines by Shelley Nolden, an Amazon Kindle version of The Ball Came Out: Life From The Other Side Of The Field, by Tyler Campbell, an Amazon Kindle version of Badass Advocate: Becoming The Champion Your Seriously Ill Loved One Deserves, by Erin Galyean, an Amazon Kindle version of Becoming A Kamala: Become The Change You Want To See, by Dr. Kamala Maddali, and an Amazon Kindle version of Cycle of Lives: 15 People’s Stories, 5,000 Miles, and a Journey Through the Emotional Chaos of Cancer, by David Richman. The estimated retail value of each ereader prize pack is $186.94. Each Kindle prize pack is non-transferable and no components can be substituted. A person’s acceptance of a Kindle prize pack grants Gryt Health permission to use the winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration.

7. Odds
The odds of winning a Kindle prize pack is dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Two winners will be randomly drawn from the list of eligible submissions by the Sponsor. Winners of the two Kindle prize packs will be notified via the email they used to pre-register with. The winners have 72 hours to reply and confirm their entry and provide details on where to send the Kindle prize pack. If a reply isn’t sent within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited from that user and another random drawing will take place.

If a winner specifies that they do not fit within the eligibility criteria, the Kindle prize pack is forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

The Sponsor isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive email notification of winning if he/she/they provided an incorrect email address or if the prize notifications goes into a spam or junk folder.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Gryt Health reserves the right to use a participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration. 

10. Terms & Conditions
Gryt Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.

Additionally, Gryt Health reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the sweepstakes.

11. Limitation of Liability
A participant’s entry into the Kindle prize pack sweepstakes constitutes his/her/their agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded Kindle prize pack.

12. Disputes
As a participant in the Kindle prize pack sweepstakes, any disputes not resolved between the participant and your company shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in New York, without resorting to any form of class action. All sweepstakes entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy Policy
All Kindle prizer pack participants are subject to our privacy policy.

14. Winners List
Participants can request a list of the Kindle prize pack winners after the sweepstakes has ended and prize packs have been awarded by contacting us via our contact form.

15. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the Kindle prize pack sweepstakes, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the official rules.
